A Delta is forever!
To be a Delta, you have to be a Trojan! Rush only happens once every year during the fall semester, so check it out before it's too late!

It is highly encouraged for incoming freshmen and transfers to attend these rush events as it provides a great opportunity to meet other students and new students like yourself! Free food is also provided, and the cost of attending rush events is $0!!! You only have to attend one rush to be considered a rushee, but they're fun so it would be ideal to attend all three!

For more information, please contact (or fill out the form at the top of this page):

FAQ

What is rush?
Rush" takes place during the first two weeks of school. It is a time for each student to attend events to explore the different sororities that are out there, and to choose the one that is right for them. Rush is a period for Deltas to get to know you, and for you to get to know and understand what Deltas are all about.

Why should I rush? What happens during rush?
Rush is a great opportunity to meet your fellow Trojans and the sisters of Delta Phi Kappa, as well as our affiliated fraternities and sororities. Usually held at a casual venue, you get a chance to meet some of the most interesting and unique students on campus, both male and female. It is an opportunity to socialize, mingle, and to build connections. Furthermore, transportation, games, food, and fun provided!

How much do I have to pay?
FREE! While Rush for Panhellenic sororities cost approx. $80, it is free to rush Delta Phi Kappa, no strings attached!

Do I have to pledge if I rush?
Absolutely not! There is no commitment to pledge.

What are the requirements to Rush?
The only requirement is that you must be a female student at USC. While we are an Asian-interest sorority, it is not a requirement to be of Asian descent to join. Each girl in our sorority comes from her own individual background, which enriches the sorority as a whole.

Do you have a winter/spring rush?
Sorry, but we only rush once a year, during the first two weeks of the Fall Semester.

How often do you meet?
The entire sorority meets once every week at mandatory general meetings. Pledges also have weekly mandatory pledge meetings, led by their pledge mom. Both are held on campus at a prearranged time and place.

Does joining a sorority take up a lot of your time?
Our schedule has a lot of events but most are not mandatory. Time-management is key
